Gaspard provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my car looked its best. He paid attention to every detail, went above and beyond, and made the entire experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work. Thanks to Gaspard, my car looks fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back. If you have the chance to work with him, you’re in great hands!

I've been a car wash client for a few months. Today I tried some of the supplemental services. Full synthetic oil change, wash and hand wax. Enderson and Gaspard provided excellent service!! Karen at the front desk made it so easy to be a new customer and figure out how to take advantage of the additional services. JULIO IS THE MAN!!!

I'm so disappointed after my experience here today. My car came out from the car wash fine. I was in a rush to work and went to get it then a staff said they had to dry. I was next to it and on the driver side and no damaged at the paint at all then I realized I forgot to tip them and went back there to do it. After I left my car painting was peeled like this. I saw looking at the mirror so I went back there and spoke with the manager Tim and he said he was going to investigate that but now I have a black car looking like that knowing that it was peeled on purpose. Whoever did it drying probably thought I was not going to tip them, but I did. I walked back to tip and whoever peeled my painting did when I walked back in the office direction to actually tip them. Now I have a black car looking horrible. Tim suggested me to get a marker, something black to cover to look better. I'm not sure how this investigation will be done, if you have surveillence cameras that far but you can reach out to me throught this review. I am waiting for the results of this investigation. Thank you.

Poor quality service! I paid $40 for the full service today after a trip to Tampa. Inside the car still have sand on the seats and floor, outside still have some dirty, and the wheels weren’t cleaned properly. I don’t recommend and would never come back again.

I needed to get my oil changed so I need you to sparkle image located in lighthouse point. Not only do they do a good oil change but they also give you a free exterior car wash included with the oil change. Lawrence who is the manager for the oil change section walkthrough All the items that they were doing with the oil change play throwing up my tires and checking fluids. Him & his team did a great job & I would definitely recommend this place they have a nice waiting area that is well air-conditioned with drinks for purchase as well as miscellaneous car items like smell good scented sprays, steering wheel covers and much more!
